loud music extra cost
the recyclable toiletries in paper packaging was a nice touch, i suppose.
The lobby was like a student union. A mass of people sat with their laptops. loud music and clothing that looked straight out of a charity shop did not scream luxury. laundry bags cost extra, which seemed absurd.
